PAYMENT, CANCELLATION AND CHECK-IN POLICIES

Payment Policy:
An initial  deposit of $300 must be received within a week from the day of booking.

Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel up until one month before arrival. 

A $50 cancellation fee will apply to a cancellation for any reason.

Balance of Payment must be received at least one month prior to arrival. 

County tax (presently 4%) will be added.
 
Check In:

After 4:00 p.m. on Friday.  House will be unlocked and ready for you with keys inside.  Please call about check-in details if you are arriving at an unusually late hour or would like to see if it is possible to check in earlier in the day.  

Check Out:
By 10:00 a.m. on the following Friday. 

Please leave the house as you found it, linens and towel do not need to be washed.
